Building Blocks Academy was the best place I could've placed my sons. Ms. Danielle and the rest of the teachers and staff, all showed patience, care and a true passion for working with children. My youngest son learned how to self regulate and still does his breathing exercises when he feels upset. Not only did he learn basics like colors, letters, numbers, but also about science and art. I highly recommend this center and can't wait for my children to return to their new location next summer.

We were incredibly lucky to find this preschool right when we needed it most, and it turned out to be exactly what our family was looking for. The director, Ms. Danielle, is wonderful — warm, attentive, and clearly cared about every family, not just as students but as people. The teachers were just as amazing with the kids! You could tell the owners had built something special, because that care showed up in every part of how the school was run. The location is also a huge plus — if you’re in the Downtown / East side area, quality preschool options are pretty limited, so having a place this good so close by felt like a real find. My son loved going, and honestly, he still talks about it and misses it. That says everything about the kind of place this was. If you’re searching for a preschool where your child will be truly cared for, look no further — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
